If you do not get the Synonyms option, this is because you do not have your keyboard set in the language you are writing. If you are writing in English, be sure to have the keyboard set to English. If you are writing in Spanish, be sure to have the keyboard set to Spanish.
To add the missing English or Spanish keyboard, go to Settings in your device -> General -> International -> Keyboards and there add a new keyboard.
TIP If you usually write in English and in Spanish as well, keep both keyboards.

WriteRight integrates the most popular Markdown syntax symbols in its keyboard. Simply tap your desired character and select the option you want from the menu. Then, you can see the results immediately by selecting Preview button.
